Steps
1. Handmade Sample / Model Development
Several yeas before, the handmade model was offered only by the clienets, but nowadays, there are more and more excellent handmade model manufacturer in both Hongkong and mainland China. By just offering the blueprinting and specification in details, the clients will get perfect model as their request.
The pictures or the video (if necessary) of the handmade model will be sent to the clients by e-mail after it finished.
By this way, we could avoid from any mistake effectually.We will make correction until our clients confirm the model.If the sample is not a satisfying one, we will revised at once, until the client is pleased with the result.
2.Tooling Development
When the handmade model has been confirmed, we will use scanning instrument and computer to make mould; this course is the most important and longest period of the whole manufacture.Cares to every tiny detail will help us to make the mould accurately.And base on client's delivery and quality we decide mould type and quantity,in order to make sure there is no delay.
As the quanlity decides the product, so our engineer will test at the first injection to adjust the mould.
3. Injection
When the mould is finished, we choose the right injection machine. Our QC will test products timely or untimely, and make the record as well.
Professional technician will check out machine parameter now and then to make the plastic which been injected will not distort or become crisp.
4. Spray / silk / transfer painting
According to the logo offered by customer, we will use different technics to print the logo on. We have lots of experience on this. ( Such as Boohbah,Disney ect.)
Every step of painting will be fully exmined by Q.C to ensure that product is top-quality.
5. FunctionĦBlife-timeĦBsafe testing

6. Electronic insert component
Ful-automatic computer managed STM machine, frequency hidden cage , wave crest solder and different kinds of debugging machine, which could satisfy various request of customers. Our stuff will do 100% inspection to every component to make sure they work properly,thereby ensure the quality steadily and perfect.
7. AssemblingĦB packing
When all the material and fittings are ready, our production manager and project manager will arrange the assembling and packing.
To ensure production efficiency and rationality, there is one PE on each production line. They will assist the production manager to arrange working flow and efficiency, and make sure workers understand the quality request for products.
Scientific working flow and enough restĦAwill keep our workers be always full of energy to complete their job efficiently.
8.Midway inspection and final inspection
Quality is our lifeĦAwe pay our full attention it, as much as our customers.
First of all, all the original material and fittings will be fully examed by QC before they are sending to the workshop.
In the course of production, both semi-products amd finished products are 100% examed by our QC, and keep record of inferior rate in each hour. If the anything unusual, our technicians will slove at the first time, and deal with the inferiors.
Before the deliver, our QA will do the final inspection according to AOL standard, they will leave our factory only after they passed our final imspection.
